I filed a claim with a seller and when I couldn't get seller to answer my question, I had Paypal take over. I received an email asking me to provide a tracking number. I couldn't get seller to email me their address, so after 3 or 4 emails, I sent a number of emails to Paypal telling them I couldn't provide a tracking number because I didn't have an address for seller. PayPal only sent one of their automated emails to me telling me to go to the help area, but there wasn't anything in the help section that could help, so I sent a few more emails asking how to provide the tracking number since I finally had one and the product now was on its way back to the seller. Today PayPal informed me they had to drop my claim because I couldn't provide tracking number, but, if PayPal was really reading these emails, somoone would had known I had my tracking number, plus the items were mailed back to the seller. So now I am out my money, plus the products and still I have no way to contact PayPal to let them know they dropped the ball. Howe are we to trust PayPal to see we get justice when we were wronged if they never really look at our cases? Now I am sitting here asking someone on this forum if they have any idea what I can do about this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

A tracking number doesn't do the trick - you have to have proof of delivery.
And you had the seller's address all along - it would have been with the invoice you received.
