Paypal and Steam Valve

Paypal disputed one of my purchases in steam. Because of this my paypal account was limited then my steam account was disabled.

I got my paypal account back via sending some information but the dispute is still there and my steam account still disabled.

Upon accessing my paypal a while ago, paypal closed the dispute and reversed the payment.

Is there anyway to open the dispute again and give the money back to steam, since if I don't my steam account will be permanently disabled.

What I would do is call steam and have then run the order via a CC.  Do not ever use PP with steam as this happens a lot and your will lose your steam account.

Steam doesn't have a phone number afaik.
