Paid for USPS One Day Shipping...and it took Two Days

I sent an item using 'USPS One Day' shipping through PayPal. The item took 2 days in transit to arrive at the destination. I spent $29 for one day shipping, which is more than double the two day shipping price. After researching, USPS DOES NOT offer 'One Day' shipping, so why does PayPal list it as an option? PayPal scammed me into thinking it was One Day by having 'One Day' as an option. This is not USPS' fault, it is PayPal's fault for having 'One Day' as an option. Had I known PayPal was lying about 'One Day', I would've chosen a different, cheaper shipping method.
PayPal doesn't respond to my emails. I know USPS gives full refunds to shippers if they do not meet their specific delivery time. So where is my money? Why can't I get a refund or partial refund from PayPal? And how come PayPal doesn't answer?

From PayPal:
Shipping Details
Shipper: U.S. Postal Service
Tracking number: #######
Service type: Express Mail® (Next Day)
PayPal noted it will be Next Day, but it took Two days.
USPS does not offer Next Day (even though PayPal lists it as an option). If you go onto USPS' website to create a label, Express Mail is the fastest option and does not guarantee next day. PayPal scammed me into thinking it would be Next Day. If I wanted two days, I would've chosen a different, much cheaper option.

It's only guaranteed if dropped off at a certin location, by a certin time.
What time did you drop it off ant at what location.
here is a tool to see if it qualified as one day

I appreciate your help.
I just don't like being ripped off and lied to. PayPal shouldn't use the words 'Next Day' and charge extra if it's not Next Day. It's scamming and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's not my fault or USPS' fault for PayPal wrongly stating it would be Next Day.
