I placed an order with DH Gate in China. Paid for it with PayPal. Item has been sitting in New York Customs since 12/29. Opened dispute then claim with PayPal because seller would not respond. Do I have any hope of getting refund? Thanks...............Frustrated

You will just need to be patient over this matter. It did make it to customs so PP will wait an additional two weeks from the date you file to dispute to see if customs can push it through. Just FYI, government employees are a bit slower than the private sector. There is no rush to perform when there is no competition.
