Non payment filed and i had no ideal i had won item!

I was informed in my eBay messages that I won a item I had bid on for .99 cent+s/h lets

say total was under 10.00 dollars!

I was informed to pay by 17th nd paid .  I checked my paypal and the payment i made to the

Seller was canceled by the person who put the non payment claim on me in the 1st place.?

Can anyone tell me what to do?  thank you.......
