ATTENTION.
Vehicle described as "Pristine", it was not! Since not eligible for VPP I insisted on using PayPal and paid the fee myself for some kind of protection against fraud... this purchase has been documented to be misrepresented with bulbs in dash removed to prevent warning lights (such as "check engine") from lighting. It was delivered in a non running condition with water in the crankcase and only water in the radiator, no antifreeze. The car had been damaged and repainted. The seller does not reply. If this case is considered resolved in his favor I will avoid using PayPal as my method of payment. Used debit card with PayPal so no other recourse. Very poor protection!!! I have spent over $2500 so far to repair vehicle and still not done. I have now spent much more than the car is worth.
