I have been selling on Ebay for several years now and have had very good luck with the Post office on not losing my packages. I purchase postage thru Paypal on domestic shipments. I did just have a CD that I shipped drop off the Postal Service's tracking website prior to delivery. The customer has been very helpful at his end and I have instigated a search with th PO at this end. I realize that I am covered if a package shows delivered and the customer claims non-receipt, but does Paypal offer any covereage on packages that are actually lost?? It was only a $30 item, so I did not buy insurance on the shipment.
