Item paypal money transfer complete will I still be able to dispute.

I am disputing a purchase currently and I've notice that my money transfer has been completed(sent to other persons account).  If I win this dispute will I receive any money back?

Money transfers have nothing to do with disputes UNLESS it's an off-ebay transaction.

If the other person cleans out his account, paypal is limited to the amount they can recover from the other seller.
