I want my money back for poor quality item.. ebay refuses.. help!

I have been a registered on ebay for over 7 years.. i bought 2 Chloe purses.. from 2 different sellers, the first one i bought i used my paypal buyer credit account.the other , i used my bank account.I got one inspected at started using it.. I love it! fabulous bag! the othert one however, not so much. i inspected the bag, it looked ok so i left positive feedback. Well i used the bag a total of 3 times... well on third day of using it.. the stitching was falling apart by the handles, something awful..I stopped using the bag right away .. when cleaning it out i noticed some of the change i put in the side pockets was missing.. well that's because the pockets are even stitched into bottom of bag, resulting in small gaps...Am furious.. asked seller  for refund.. won't refund me..  opened dispute with ebay.. they wont refund me.. appealed it.. they STILL said no.. on the grounds that i left posistive feedback.. and yes i did. everything APPEARED to be in order.. but now, a purse i paid near 700.00 for is falling apart..... any suggestions?

If you used a credit card to pay for the item, file a chargeback by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.
