I purchased an item that came broke but seller says its how they should be, I have pics from phone but can't put them online need help on that and I made a dispute already and need info on that. So like most of you know a picture is worth a thousand words, how can I send pictures to paypal for them to see on resolution center?

Welcome to the boards!
Once a claim has been escalated for review, no new information can be provided directly via the Resolution Center (pictures won't be needed - if PayPal requires confirmation of damages, they'll request that you take the item for a professional assessment from a third party). If you do want to add additional information, you can upload files in the Resolution Center or send emailed statements - but not pictures - to complaint-response@paypal.com.
Thanks!
