I got scammed and paypal will not help me. I accidentally close a case I opened because I was confused about how to navigate the page, and they said once its close, then they cant open it again. What can I do?
This guy was so smooth in the way the scammed me. He put a disclaimer at the bottom of his webpage that he didn't actually sell the item, that he only finds the vendor for it. And I expected the item. Its like that case on ebay where the seller was selling Playstation boxes without the console and at the bottom of the page they put the disclaimer that they were only selling the box. I'm not sure what to do now and paypal wont help me. The item was for a pdf file, and paypal said they don't handle virtual transaction.
What do I do?
