How to have the money from my pay pal balance int my credit card?!?

Can someone please tell me how and when I can have  the money from my paypal balance in my credit card? And can  I use this paypal balance to pay something that I want to order from ebay ?

You can't transfer the money to your credit card.

If you have a Paypal debit card, you can use that as soon as your balance is above zero up to the limit of your banalance.

Otherwise, you have to transfer the funds to your bank first.
