A month ago I shipped 2 items to a customer. She called me to tell me that she found the items much cheaper and can seh return them. I said yes. Yesterday (a month later) I received the two items. They were not in the originally packaging and one of the items was broken beyond repair. When she called me she never mentioned that one of the items was broken.
I think that she either a)used the items in a project and returned them after using them or b)the "cheaper" items she got elsewhere were broken and she sent me those.
I haven't contacted her yet because I don't want to give her a full refund and I don't know if Paypal will back her if she files a dispute.
What are my rights under Paypal? How do I file a claim against a buyer?
Thanks
