I have sold an item recently from ebay and I couldn't received the payment because I put a wrong e-mail address on my item list. How do I put the right e-mail address so I could receive the payment. The buyer is also aware that I put a wrong e-mail address and retract her payment from it. Thank you.
Also how exactly do I send her an invoice through paypal? Since I put a wrong e-mail address on my listing, there is no record on paypal that I have sold the item on ebay.
You can't make the correction after the sale, unfortunately.
Send her a Paypal invoice by clicking on "Send an Invoice" in the links just below the main tabs on the main page of your Paypal account. On the page that comes up, you also have the option to "Send a detailled invoice", which I prefer - looks more professional. That invoice contains your correct Paypal address in a "Pay now" link on it.
