I submitted a claim to get me money back after a seller "disappeared". I never received the watches (2) from "listeningpleasure" and that seller no longer exists. They tried to contact the seller (I think) and the deadline was yesterday. According to the tutorial, if they don't hear back from the seller, a refund is given. Nothing yet, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to contact PayPal. Any thoughts on my next steps?
