Hello I am knew to this forum but not knew to Ebay. I have opened a dispute over an item I purchased that arrive broken. The items I bought were Cornish Vision Pans. They arrive smashed as they were packed very poorly. Now Papal are wanting me to take the broken glass into town to a 'pan' expert to find out a) how they got broken? And B) can they be repaired? This is stupid I can't take broken glass into town its dangerous and I have already contacted a shop that sell this item and they refused to touch them. I have written to papal 3 times but they will not respond, I just do not know what to do. I am not the kind of person to complain unless something is really wrong. Please advise
