Help with Shady Company.

So I have played an online game for awhile. I always bought credits in the game trying to win prizes and such. The credits I have purchased are not real but are meant to help you win. Well I finally won about $1,000 in prizes from the company and now they stopped their site to take care of the other sites they own. I have tried contacting them multiple times for the last 8 months with no reply. So I did some talking around and no body who has won has received a prize. I have not gotten ahold of them for 7 months now.

So my question is can I dispute the transactions since they are not honoring any of the prizes that are supposed to be given out even if they are from a year ago? And they are multiple transactions.

Thank you

Not really, PayPal clearly states in the ToS that they do not support intangible purchases.  The second issue would be the timeline and how long it has been.  Best advice would be to chalk this up as a learning lesson.

File a complaint at www.ic3.gov

That's the online contact site for the FBI's internet fraud division.

Sounds like they'd be interested in this one - all sorts of laws being broken.
