This is about the 3rd time in 2 monthes a seller has filed a bank reversal. Everytime, the buyer does not say anything to me before hand, and everytime the buyer gets their money back and I am **bleep**ed. I sell custom decals. I put decals in an envelope, put a stamp on it and ship. I have no tracking, no proof, nothing to stand on. I am basically **bleep**ed everytime a guy wants his money back?

Yes, if you keep shipping that way.
Go with online First Class maul and start putting Delivery confirmation on your shipments. If you use Endicia for buying your postage, it's 14 cents per shipment.
