Had a Buyer claim a Chargeback on a credit card from a transaction in March with a chargback in November.It is hard to show the info thats needed to prove delivery. How am I able to show tracking info and proof of delivery when any transactions you show though the USPS web site from March show up without delivery info. I guess after this amount of time these number clear out of their system after this much time goes by. Please give me any incite so this does not happen to me again. Pay Pal and eBay do so much to protect the buyers but how about us sellers ? After 7 or 8 months then getting Dispute Cases against an transaction just sounds a bit insane. Please help me in figuring out what I can do to prevent this from happening again. I try to play by the rules and loose out all the time it seems. Thanks for any help
