Status says: Disputing on Your Behalf

But the Status Details say:

We have reviewed the case. Because you have not met Seller Protection performance requirements , the transaction will be reversed. The case is now closed.

 

Who is "we" -- PayPal? Are these notes about the original chargeback, or about my response?

Are they still disputing, or should I wait longer?

 

As a side note: this was a misunderstanding, the buyer forgot our company name, and has confirmed over the phone that he does want this charge.
