HOW TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK

I buy an item and it is damage.  I contact the seller and he told me to send it back.  Who pay for the shipping the seller or me?  Please help me and let me know what I need to do.  thanks

I am sorry to hear that you received a damaged item as I know how disappointing that can be.  If you are working directly with the seller then the return shipping costs can be negotiated between the two of you as we would not be involved at that point.

 

If you file a claim with PayPal and we award you the claim then you would be responsible for the return shipping costs and the seller is responsible for the original shipping costs as these would be refunded to you in addition to the cost of the item.  I would encourage you to continue working with the seller to see if the two of you can reach an amicable resolution.
