Fileserve premium membership scam

Last week, I was getting 3ds Max tutorial videos and files off of Fileserve and wanted to speed up the downloaded, so I clicked on premium membership and there was an option for a 1-day $4.99 membership(no word trial was used).  On the next page I clicked again I was signing up for a 1-day membership with no use of the word "trial" anywhere.

When I clicked submit I was charged $4.99 and a $9.99 reoccuring monthly fee.  I immediately looked in thier premium membership options, there were no options to cancel membership or anything like that.  I then proceeded to send them email through thier contact information about the $9.99 charge.  I waited 48 hours for a response, when none came, I opened a dispute on paypal.

I also did some research to see if anyone else had this same problem and found a ton of other people did too.  Apparently fileserve does this 1-day membership scam for a couple days then edits the website when there is a dispute in paypal.  When they defend the claim they say the $4.99 is part of a 2-day trial under thier "Terms of Use" and the $9.99 is the monthly fee after the trial.

Every scams story I read says that paypal always sides with Fileserve.  I know it isn't much money, but is there a way to win my dispute?

Oh and I want to add even if it was a "trial" they didn't even give me 48 hour before they charged the $9.99.  That should be a major red flag.

I've bought a Premium Account (180 Days) on Fileserve. The first day, it was Ok. But the next day, my account was listed Free without any reason. I've tried to contact the Fileserve's customerservice, but I didn't get any answer. Then, I've opened a dispute on Paypal to try to find a solution to my problem. 3 days and a few emails later, I finally get this answer from Fileserve : [...] A dispute has been opened that's why your account was listed Free again. Contact Paypal, and drop the dispute. Once done, we will check the Transaction ID and reinstate you as Premium with no days lost at all. [...] I really don't understand ! They write that my account was listed Free because I've opened a dispute on Paypal. But I've openened a dispute on Paypal because my account was listed Free and because I didn't get any answer. They just lie !! My account was listed Free before I've opened a dispute, that's the reason I've contact them and opened the dispute. Don't trust Fileserve !!!! Now, they wanted that I close the dispute. But I'm only gonna close this dispute when they're gonna told me why my account was listed Free without any reason. If there is anybody that lives the same situation as me, please leave a review. Everybody should know that Fileserve scams customer !
