Dispute never resolved.

I filed a dispute that was approved for payment.  In the dispute I was told to give PayPal a transaction number for the item returned to the seller.  I refused the package, so I never saw the original tracking number from the seller.  I contacted the seller.  Seller told me she never received the return.  She also would not give me the original tracking number. So here I am stuck with no product (that I didn't want) nor a refund.

I am **bleep**!

Please Advise.

Did the seller use paypal shipping, if so it should show in your my ebay page and also in a e-mail from Paypal.  Why didn't you write down the D/C number when the package was delivered, before you refused it.

Call Paypal's toll free number and let them know they already have the tracking number

The order was sent usps standard rate shipping service. However, on my PayPal log there are no details listed for shipping.  All that was blank.

I don't know what a D/C number is?

If you refused the shipment, you should have filed an INR (Item Not Received) dispute. An INR dispute doesn't require the buyer to provide proof of return.

 

DC number = USPS Delivery Confirmation number

Randiii, Call PayPal... explain to them that you refused the shipment.
