recieved product was defective, what shall I do?

Contact the seller, ask for a refund.  If the item was listed as AS IS,  you're out of luck usually.  If the seller doesn't agree you can file a claim because it wasn't as described.

The "as is" term doesn't excuse the seller from delivering a "not as described" item.

Yes... contact the seller, and... if that doesn't result in a satisfactory resolution, file a dispute through PayPal no later than 45 days after the payment was sent.

We too are in the same shoes.

went thru all of it. ebay, paypal, filed dispute, talk to seller (who is a thief).

 

None worked. None.  if your honest, your out of luck.   just makes no sense. but they say, what goes around, comes around.    good luck
