Dispute: The buyer got the product, but the payment is still on hold.

I sold three Xbox 360 games to a buyer who filed a claim. To my knowledge, the games where shipped and have arrived at his house, however, his payment is still on hold. What's going on?

Does the D/C show delivery.  If so does paypal have the D/C number.

Did you ship using paypal shipping.

Holds are usually released with 48 hours of the D/C showing delivery or the buyer leaving feedback
