Paid for item on Nov 24 2010. Didn't receive item by Jan 24 2011 so filed a claim and was refunded my money. Now the seller has used the get paid option giving me a bill asking for the money I was already refunded. Under the bill information it says that the item was delivered by 9:55am Saturday morning on Jan 22 2011. If it were true that it was delivered on Jan. 22, 2011, then Paypal or eBay would have seen that and I would have seen that and I would not have won the claim and had my money refunded after Jan 24.
Is there anything the seller can do to take that money back when I still have never received the item, won the claim, and its been over 2 months? Thanks!
