Defending "item not as agreed" chargebacks?

I have sold items on ebay before but recently sold an item through Craig's list. The buyer paid through Paypal. Can anyone offer good suggestions on how to protect myself against a possible "item not as advertised, etc.) type of chargeback. I do plan to ship with signature confirmation but how could I prepare ahead of time in the event of a "not as advertised" chargeback? Ideally my buyer will just be a great guy with no ulterior motives but gotta think ahead. Thanks

Just curious why you would accept a PayPal payment for a craigslist item? PP and Craigslist go together like Tomato Juice and Mountain Dew. If you do not ship the order or make a copy of the purchasers driver license and signature, to prove you in fact met them, then a chargeback would just be too easy for the buyer.
