Hi,
I'm having an issue with a seller. I paid $60 on July 30 for a gallon of soap. I requested an invoice for a gallon of lotion to be added to the previous order. I, then, paid $123.76 for the addition of a gallon of lotion, September 2.
I haven't received either shipment. I emailed the seller. He told me the product was sent, and returned undeliverable as the contents had ruptured.
He claims to have refunded my money via a Paypal payment, however he sent it to the wrong email address (typo).
Now, he claims that business is finished. He says that if I contact him again regarding the matter, I will be in violation of his terms of service, and sued.
What do you suggest my next step is?
I can't necessarily file a resolution ticket, as there were two separate payments issued.

Hi Leonard,
You should login to your PayPal account and go to the PayPal Resolution Center to file a dispute if you are not able to resolve the issue with your seller.
