So, I paid $0.99 for a day trial of a program which wasn't functional. I asked for a refund from the seller to get no response after a few days, so I escalated to a claim. Only to have it end in their favor. I've e-mailed paypal about it but all I got was an automated message. It's been probably about a week now since I've sent that e-mail to paypal.
I know it's only 99 cents. But they don't deserve it..
So my question is, what can I do?

There is no Paypal buyer protection for intangable items, which your was.
You can file a Paypal dispute, but once its escalated to a claim it aoto closes out in favor of the seller.
