Can I scan my USPS receipt and email to resolution center to show I sent package?

I am in a dispute with a buyer who wouldn't pay for auction won, went thru resolution with Ebay, finally got payment 2 weeks after auction ended..  I sent pkg the day after she paid..  Now she is saying she did not get pkg, has disputed.  I have the USPS pkg(this is from Colorado to California) receipt.  Buyer did not buy insurance.    Help please.

I recieved a Positive Feedbak from buyer.I have receipt,this is my proof.I call buyer3 days ago,he said hi get the item,but still didn't close the dispute.Please,help me.How can I send the copy of receipt?

Call Paypal, Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center".  I talked to someone there today, I am basically **bleep**ed since I didn't send it with delivery confirmation..  Let them know, they will call the buyer.

It's part of the rules that you MUSTY have DC - if you don't have it, you'll likely lose the dispute.

A scanned copy of the receipt from USPS is NOT an acceptable substitute - Paypal must be able to confirm that the item was delivered.
