Adding Files/Notes to Resolution Center

Recently an Item that I sold and shipped (already delivered) had a reversal from the buyer's bank. In paypal's resolution center I go to add a note, enter the information, hit submit, but when I go back to the case it says notes (0). Also I uploaded a JPG as evidence and gave a brief description, hit submit, and it also says evidence (0). Can anoyne tell me what is going on, as I do not want to get cheated of my money.

I'm having the same problem, in three different browsers (actually, in Chrome I can't even see the buttons to add anything). However, I can add files, just not notes.
