I received email from paypal in 02/04/2020 " Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal."
After i try to add 3 of my visa or master cards . No one is accept for withdraw. After i add me bank account also but can not withdraw amount again and again.
I received this message in 28/04/2020

Thank you for contacting PayPal in relation to the balance on your account.
Your can withdraw funds to the Bank Account that is on the Account or you can add a new one and withdraw the funds, I have reviewed your account for you and can confirm that this adjustment has been made.

PayPal"
but can not do any ting.
Now in 01/05/2020 i received new message
