Hi, 0n 14th Feb I ordered a pillow from Latex Designs at a cost of £64.
It didn't arrive after a few weeks and so I lost confidence of it ever getting here so lodged a dispute with the company through PayPal and duly received a refund in mid-March. I emailed Latex Design twice to cancel the order, I had no response from them. Today the item has arrived. What do I do?
I am not prepared to be out of pocket returning it as I did everything I could to stop the item from being sent out.
Not sure who to contact as the seller is not responsive to emails or phone calls.
Have you any idea please?
