unauthorized charges

I'm checking my bank account and I see that I'm getting charges from paypal even though I havent bought anything.

Thank you for bringing this up to our attention.I know it's alarming when you see an unauthorized charge on your checking account. Please report it through us on our Resolution Center. Be sure to check your pre-approved billing agreement payments. This charge could also be from a service you signed up for in the past. I have attached a link for your reference so you can report this to us.

I saw a charge of 12.99 and 23.16 on April 23 and 24th that I don’t know what they are...there is also a charge of 12.99 every month

Thanks for the response. If those charges are unauthorized, you may report it to us via Resolution Center. For the transaction being charge every  month,

you may check if that is one of your recurring charges perhaps that you have set up in the past.
