unauthorised payment from my paypal

Hi ,

I have had 1 suspicious payment from my PayPal for apple watch

i did not do those purchases and filled a claim but end up paypal denying all my claims

what are my options now?

any help appreciated

i reported this problem to paypal and reply the message and now you said this was an authorised transaction so it wasn't eligible for buyer protection ???
