Good morning, I am just writing to you because I sow in my statement one unauthorised payment from Microsoft 365 today earlier in the morning which amount is £79.00, can you please help me to cancel this purchase?
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Secondly .....
If not and it is unauthorised then click on the transaction and report it as such via the report link bottom of that details page.
