hello,
i tried to get a my hermes service and paid, then the screen crashed and i had to (or thought i had to) pay again which i did. i got one label and paid twice. i tried to contact my hermes and hit a wall as they are almost impossible to contact. they told me that i had not paid at all and i had to go to paypal. i tried contacting them a few times with no luck as there was no option for what i have. i tried unauthorised payement and they said no. i would say dupilcate payement or something. but they have been useless in helping me.
is there any way i could get in contact with a person at paypal and explain to them?
any advice would be great
