trying to get a refund

I ordered an item and it is way wrong. i disputed it but paypal sided with the seller. I have contscted seller but they are not responsive. now paypal is siding  with seller saying i recieved my package, its F$%&ing wrong. How do  i get my refund now???

I had the same thing happen to me.  I ordered what I thought was Dewalt equipment for $99 and I received a pair of socks.  Paypal will not help me resolved this issue.
