transaction to cancel

Hey Guys i am new here,just want to ask U how i can cancel pending payment.bought soemthing few days ago ebay block the seller as they found out something not right with him and.They probably contact  paypal that transaction is as pending status.Any advice help would be helpfull.Thanks in advance

If there is a cancel option then use that one and if not then the pending status if it remains pending will time out 30 days post payment.
