temporary limitation has been placed and cannot change my profile

there's a temporary limitation placed on my account. PayPal said that if I update my profile the limitation will be cancelled. but the profile always shows "submitted for reviewed". there's nowhere for me to update and change it. my PayPal has had the limitation for over a month.

Thanks for reaching out! Normally, you should receive an email with steps to resolve that limitation. You should also be able to go into your Resolution Center and find the information that's needed to be updated there as well. If you do not see the steps to resolve your limitation in either of those to places, please reach out to our Customer Support to assist further.
