I have got some refunds from the buyers, but all funds are incorrect while I received it. I have checked with all buyers, what the amount of they have transferred was correct. Thinks something went wrong in the Paypal system due to COVID-19. However, I was also unable to create a disputes revolution on PayPal and unable to contact PayPal staff. Could someone know what's going on or anyone knows when will the PayPal staffs back to work?
