I recently ordered a product on line. what was sent to me was a joke. it was not even close to what i ordered. I filed a dispute and the company said they would issue a full refund if I returned it VIA UPS (only) to somewhere in CHINA (the address they gave me I don't think is legit).. and it had to be there in a week. The cost to ship i'm sure is more than i paid for the product ($59) and i probably wont even get the refund. I can't get any help from paypal and I can't get a live person on the phone. At the least I want them to know this vendor is a scammer. Isn't there some type of insurance through paypal for this type of thing? Very disappointed in Pay pal. I thought i would be safe ordering through them and even now can't get any help.
