returns after claim resolved in my favor

hello hello
seller sent item not as described. never responded to claim & PP ruled in my favor. according to PP rules, there is supposed to be a link on closed claim to enter return tracking #, but there is none. I reached out to PP and asked what further action should I take & the reply was "none"...
do i keep item or still send it back & how do I upload the tracking so PP knows I sent it back?

Have you been issued a refund?
Only if the seller responded to the dispute you would normally have to return the item first BUT if the seller does not respond at all and doesn't issue a refund then often paypal will issue the refund under buyer protection and you keep the item.
It would be up to the seller then to request the items return and send you a shipping label to do so.
Advice is voluntary.
