i am reporting a billing issue , i am now at the point in the process where it states , tell us more about the issue , then did you contact the seller to which i ticked yes , then enter transaction amount which i done but then when entered in the box i cannot proceed any further , any help would be appreciated

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

everything now fine with my problem concerning clicking on the paypal link , contacted paypal through facebook and everything is now ok ,
