refund .

I bought goods that weren't wha t they said they were, tried to send emails and got no reply  after i lodged a complaint, i finally got a reply and after much more emails that agreed to give me a full refund.   the complaint is till in the resolution part of pay pal  and to day i got an email from them  they say that they cannot refund the money until i cancel the complaint  i am worried if i do this then i won't get my money back   can someone please advise what to do.

They have no intention of refunding you......


If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
