I have unauthorized recurring charges.
PayPal says they cannot dispute those claims and says go to the vendors.
I go to the vendors and they can't help because I have no access or credentials to their site.
I replaced my card but I don't know if that will stop the charges.
What should I do? Daniellg1

At this point in time you should just deactivate your paypal if you can't even remove the link to where these charges are being made. Or unlink the card you are using on paypal so it won't charge to it.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
