received a email for a purchase i didn't make

hi,i i added my vanilla gift card to google play and somehow someone hacked it, and used it on paypal taking 10$ out for some fishy website or app, they also had the guts to steal my email, who are these people?!  and i didnt even have a paypal account at first im thinking making one can get me some help, can someone plz help me and tell me how to file a dispute to paypal for an unauthorized purchase

You see PayPal because the app or site uses PayPal to process payments but the unauthorized transaction occurred while linked to Google Play account so contact them. GP will contact PayPal in the course of their investigation.

@sharpiemarker i got the email from paypal saying a company named GLOBAL FUN MANAGEMENT HOLDING LTD took out 9.99 thanks for telling me how to contact google, can you tell me how to file a dispute on paypal as a guest though

You can report this transaction as a unauthorized charge so that our account specialist can investigate what happened or you can file a dispute for a non receipt. Just click the transaction , click report a problem or go to resolution center to file for a dispute.

They are stipulating you can only return items by UPS and DHL which is as expensive as the products you have purchased.   They sent by post but make you use a service which is too expensive.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
