I woke up this morning to an email from Paypal telling me I sent $150 to someone I've never heard of before. I don't use Paypal; I have it just in case its needed for future encounters. Do I usually get my money back? How long does it take? I'm a 20 year old college student who is now left with -$25 in my account. I called my bank and I've been trying to reach PayPal but I haven't gotten a resolution. What do I do?
