After 20 years of using my Paypal account I get this message! I just used it that day before I got this message!
I have tried to contact them and I got a person on the phone with bad broken english and I barely understood her. I was told I would get a message as to where I could look to for an explanation but I got nothing! Other ways to contact have given me nothing or haven't responded yet. I just don't get how they can just wave the magic wand and BOOM, I'm done! I've never missed a payment on my line of credit and I never had insufficient funds when they withdrew money. I guess we got back too much money from them and they didn't like it!
This totally sucks because the card was the best way to pay online and they went to bat for you to get your money back if you got scammed!
