Hello,
I received a limit on my account, I have submitted all information the last thing required is to "Respond to customer complaints", all that remains is 40 open cases that need to be reviewed by PayPal and I already responded too and 8 cases i wait for the buyer response, I have done everything I can on my end and it still states that I need to "Respond to customer complaints". The customer hotline keeps giving me the runaround one said all cases need to be closed the other said I just need to wait. If I'm running a high traffic store and have 5000 sales monthly how I can not have any open case if it takes 1-2 weeks for a case to be reviewed from PayPal?
I do not know how to send this in if this glitch keeps occurring.
Someone, please help.
